Due to Covid-19 & bad weather in some parts of our country DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED. Please allow more time as this is out of our controlWe appreciate your patience & understanding, & we apologize for any inconvenience. 

How will be the products delivered?

Australia Warehouses

The products will be delivered through recognized and fast courier companies like Australia Post, Toll and other standard and express couriers. 

Note: We have stock in different warehouses, if you have ordered more than one item, you may receive your deliveries on different days. Please allow up to the full-time frame as specified. Your items should arrive within days apart if not on the same day.

International Warehouses

We have sourced some products from outside of Australia. These products will be delivered directly from our International Manufacturers to your door. 

How long does it take to ship?

International Deliveries & Processing

Order processing can take 24-48 hrs. to be dispatched from the warehouses. All International deliveries can take anywhere between 15-30 days from the time they leave the DC.

Order processing can take 24-48 hrs. to be dispatched from the warehouses. Orders received over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next business day. Allow extra time during peek periods.

You are more than welcome to reach out to us through email requesting a quote for delivery to any of these postcodes. Provide the products in the email that you are wishing to purchase and your location, including your postcode, we will do our best to find out if we can get it to you and what the delivery cost will be. We always believe "No harm is asking".

In-store pickup?

We don't have in-store pickup, all products will be delivered to your door.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

To track your order, visit our tracking page, once you receive your tracking ID, enter it the field. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@petoogle.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
