**DUE TO THE COVID SITUATION, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER YOU OUR PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE. WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE

If you’ve found a better price for an item we sell, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to match it. 

If you want to take us up our Price Match Policy, all you need to do is send us an email, letting us know where you’ve found one of our products cheaper. Of course, you’ll need to provide us with the proof so we can make sure you cal get it even cheaper again! Simply take a screenshot on your phone, or a photo of a catalogue clipping, maybe just send us a link, once we confirm it, will make sure your looked after.

Here’s everything you need to know about our Price Match Policy:

• Our competitor’s product must be 100% identical to the product we’re offering for us to match the price – what we mean is the same flavour, the same size, the same brand, the same colour and the same year of manufacture, identical!
• The product offered for price match must be available in stock here at Petoogle, as well as stocked and instock by us and by the competitor you’re seeking to price match, in the quantity you’re requesting. Back orders or rainchecks do not apply
• The product for price match must be new, and not a clearance item.
• We cannot offer price matches on orders that have already been completed.
• Price matching cannot be claimed in conjunction with other competitor’s offers, like gifts with purchase, in-store loyalty points, cash back offers or vouchers
• Petoogle reserves the right to refuse to price match for any reason
